How emails are sent, and your plan's email limits
How AISalesQ delivers your automation emails, how many you can send on each plan, and what happens when you reach a limit.

AISalesQ sends your automation emails for you, with no setup. Each plan includes a number of emails per month, and the Free plan also has a daily limit.
How emails are sent
Every store starts on Managed sending: AISalesQ delivers the emails, with your store name as the sender name.

Check your delivery settings
In the app menu, click Settings. The Email delivery card shows Managed sending (recommended) selected, the name and address emails are sent as, where replies go, and how many emails you've used this month.

On the Free plan you can also send up to 10 emails a day.
The template limit counts every template, inactive ones included. The automation limit counts every automation, whatever its status.
What happens when you reach a limit
| Limit | What happens |
|---|---|
| Daily limit (Free) | Emails wait in a queue and send automatically after midnight UTC. A Daily email limit reached banner shows how many are queued. |
| Monthly limit | Emails are put on hold and an Email follow-ups paused banner appears. If you upgrade within 72 hours, the held emails go out. After 72 hours they are skipped. |
| Busy times | Now and then a banner says Emails are catching up. Queued emails go out shortly on their own. You don't need to do anything. |
AISalesQ also emails you when you reach the daily or the monthly limit.
Moving to a smaller plan
If your new plan allows fewer templates or automations, AISalesQ keeps the ones you updated most recently switched on. Extra templates are set to Inactive and extra automations are Paused. They aren't deleted.
Upgrade your plan
Click Upgrade on a limit banner, or open Plans in the app menu to compare plans.
