What happens when you reach a plan limit

Each plan includes a number of quiz responses and emails per month. When you get close to a limit, AISalesQ warns you. Your quiz stays live either way, so you never lose a response.

Check your usage

   Open Plans

   Click Plans in the app menu and scroll to Current usage.

   Read the bars

   You'll see Quiz views, Quiz responses, Emails sent and Subscribers stored, plus Emails today on the Free plan. Each bar shows how much you've used against your plan's limit. Bars turn amber at 80% and red at 100%.

   See when it resets

   Resets in shows how many days are left. Usage starts again on the 1st of each month (UTC), which may be a different day from your Shopify billing date.

The warnings you'll see

• At 80% of a monthly limit, a banner appears at the top of the app: You're close to a plan limit, with a View plans button.
• On the Plans page, the usage panel shows You're close to your usage limit or You've reached a plan limit, with an Upgrade plan button.
• You also get an email before any of your emails are held.

When you reach your quiz response limit

Your quiz stays live on your storefront and every response is still recorded. Shoppers can keep taking the quiz, and new subscribers keep appearing on the Subscribers page.

When you reach an email limit
